    Yes, Little Sparkle Cleaning Services offers both one-time and recurring cleaning services to fit your needs.


    We can definitely assist with that! The best way to book is by scheduling a free onsite quote, which allows us to provide a tailored price for your home. Generally, our general cleans are now charged at flat rate. 


    Please note: Little Sparkle Cleaning Services will no longer be charging general home cleans at a per hour rate. As of Monday 1st December 2025, all general cleans will be charged at a flat rate for example a one bedroom one bathroom property will be charged at $110.00.
    these changes will reflect on our quotes and website as of Monday 1st December 2025.. For regular clients these changes will reflect on your invoices as of the 3rd January 2026 unless you are happy to proceed as per the change date.



    Little Sparkle Cleaning Services proudly covers a wide service area, including Calen, Mackay, Proserpine, Kuttabul, Marian, Mirani, The Whitsundays—and everywhere in between!




    At Little Sparkle Cleaning Services, we offer two types of cleaning products to suit your needs. We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. Additionally, we also offer professional-grade products for a deeper, more intensive clean.


    To provide you with an accurate and personalised quote, we’ll need the following details:

    1. Property Address – So we can confirm service availability in your area.
    2. Property Type & Size – For example: apartment, townhouse, or house; number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
    3. Current Condition – A brief description of the property’s condition (e.g., lightly used, lived-in, or needs a deep clean).
    4. Required Services – Let us know if you need a full clean, end-of-lease clean, or specific areas focused on (like oven, windows, etc.).
    5. Preferred Dates – Your ideal timeframe or any deadlines we need to work around.


    As of 23rd July 2025, quotes may include a travel fee depending on your location and the distance required for travel. Any applicable travel charges will be clearly outlined and included in your customised quote.

    Bond Cleaning Deposit & Service Policy

    Effective: Tuesday, 2nd December 2025

    Dear Clients,

    Effective immediately, a 10% deposit is mandatory to confirm all bond cleaning bookings. Unfortunately, this policy now has to be in effect. This deposit is non-negotiable and secures your booking, allocates staff and resources, and ensures high-quality service.

    Deposit Details:

    • The deposit must be paid within 3 days of booking.
    • It covers booking confirmation, scheduling, and allocation of cleaning resources.
    • No service will be provided without a paid deposit.
    • The 10% deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

    Service Details:

    • We will always endeavour to complete the work, including areas with high ceilings, fans, or other challenging spots. Our team will work around obstacles and provide solutions.
    • Services may be carried out over 2 days if needed; clients will not be charged for the extra day.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • If a service is cancelled by the client without a valid reason (such as a medical emergency), and work has commenced, 25% of the total quoted amount will be charged.
    • If a medical emergency occurs, we can reschedule the appointment without applying the 25% fee.
    • The 25% fee does not apply if the service is cancelled by Little Sparkle Cleaning Services.

    Comeback Policy:

    • We offer a 48-hour comeback period for any oversights or issues identified after the cleaning service has been completed.

    Strict Enforcement:

    • This policy is firm, non-negotiable, and will be strictly enforced.
    • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept all terms. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service or applicable charges.

    Yes, we certainly do. Flexible payment plans are available to help make our services more accessible and convenient for you. Please contact our team to discuss the best option to suit your needs.


    We take all feedback and complaints very seriously and handle them with the utmost professionalism and care. If your service does not meet our Service Standards Guarantee, your concern will be reviewed by our Upper Management Team to ensure a fair and timely resolution.

    We offer the following options depending on the outcome of the review:

    1. Return Visit: Our team will return to your property to address and rectify any areas of concern.
    2. Refund Option: Where appropriate, a partial or full refund may be provided.

    To lodge a complaint, please contact our customer care team, and we’ll ensure your matter is handled promptly and courteously.


    The booking timeframe depends on the type of service:

    • Larger-scale services — such as bond cleans, commercial cleaning, high-pressure washing, deep cleaning, window cleaning, house sitting, and carpet cleaning — can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
    • Smaller-scale services — including general home cleans, ironing, and oven cleans — can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.


    Yes, absolutely — we can assist with commercial cleaning services. To arrange a free, tailored quote, please use the booking section below, and our team will be happy to assist you.


    No problem! We offer site-unseen quotes that can be emailed directly to you. These quotes are valid for up to 30 days.

    Our general clean covers all the essential areas of your home to keep it fresh and tidy, including:

    • Dusting surfaces and furniture
    • Vacuuming and mopping floors
    • Cleaning kitchens, including benches, sinks, and exterior of appliances
    • Bathroom cleaning, including sinks, showers, baths, and toilets
    • Emptying bins and replacing liners
    • General tidying of living areas and bedrooms

    We can also tailor your clean to include any specific requests—just let us know when booking!


    At Little Sparkle Cleaning Services, the health of our clients and team is our top priority. If you or someone in your household becomes unexpectedly unwell, you may reschedule your appointment with as little as 30 minutes’ notice prior to your scheduled service time.


    If a team member becomes unexpectedly unwell, we will notify you as soon as possible. This may be up to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, as part of our duty of care to protect everyone’s health.


    We kindly ask that all clients treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times. If a client’s behaviour makes a team member feel uncomfortable or threatened—whether during the appointment or at the time of booking—the staff member reserves the right to terminate the appointment immediately.


    We are committed to ensuring all clients are satisfied with their service. If something has been overlooked, we will rectify the issue up to three times. We generally ask for 48 hours’ notice for bond cleans and 24 hours for general cleans. Occasionally, areas may be missed due to timing constraints or miscommunication, and we are always willing to work with our clients to reach a satisfactory outcome.

    If you remain unsatisfied after rectification attempts, our team will conduct an assessment. This assessment will outline any damages or determine whether the clean requires a larger scope of work than originally agreed. Images will always be provided as part of this process for full transparency.

    If you are still not satisfied, or choose not to proceed with the service following the assessment, a partial refund will be issued.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking Casual Cleaners to join our team across Calen, Mackay, Proserpine, The Whitsundays, Kuttabul, and surrounding areas.

      Position:

      Casual Cleaner

      Pay Rate: $32.31 – $35.15 per hour, depending on experience

      Hours: 10–15 hours per week (with potential for additional hours as the business grows)

      Start Date: Immediate

      About the Role

      As a Casual Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services while maintaining excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

      • General residential and commercial cleaning
      • Deep cleans, bond cleans, and high-pressure washing
      • Carpet cleaning, including hot water extraction
      • Ironing services
      • Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained
      • Providing a friendly and customer-focused experience

      What We Are Looking For

      • Must have a dependable work ethic
      • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
      • Experience in bond cleans and carpet cleaning is a plus
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
      • Police check (or willingness to obtain one)


      Physical Requirements:
